That was the specs, now for some reality:
This RV is 20 years old and everything works with no MacGyver modifications.
There are cracked tiles, I had the bathroom toilet sub-floor replaced do to a leaky fitting, the carpet is a few years old but still nice, there has been a leak in the past (repaired).
I was going to replace the tile with engineered wood flooring but that will be up to you now.
The passenger side pass through luggage door has been repaired (before my time) you need to look to see it.
It is not perfect but it is ready to go, drive anywhere. Fuel economy is about 11MPG it does not seam to change even when towing.
We have enjoyed the rig and I have done a lot of maintenance to make it reliable, but now we are looking for a smaller one to fit our needs better.
Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
