This RV has SUPER low miles of only 26,xxx miles. We have done lots of upgrades on this RV (see below). This RV runs & drives great! Yes it's NOT MINT shape like almost all used rolling RV's for sale - yes it does have minor bumps, bruises, scratches, some paint fade, some minor scratches/small holes where the
previous
owners had hooks on some of the cabinets (needs a little wood filler), ETC.

ut for its age, it's considered in excellent shape.
This is a really nice clean RV and is ready for use! Clean California title in hand, ready for new owners. Regi good for 4 more months here in California. The tires are in great shape, but are showing cracking - so they would need to be replaced sooner than later and one level leg is "stuck" and needs repair.
