Description
This 2018 Allegro Red 37PA Class A Motorhome has a Cummins Diesel 360HP Engine, 8KW Onan Generator (107 hrs.),4 Slide Outs and Side Awning and Door Awning. It has Dual A/C units/heat pumps, and Auto Leveling System. We are the second owner, we purchased in July 2020. Extended Warranty to 60K miles can be transferred to the buyer. We have made three trips during 2020-2021 to add approx. 4 K miles which is now 23700. No issues with motor, slide outs and no leaks. Very good condition.
The coach is spacious and appointed with Tiffin’s high quality wood cabinets with a “Mocha” finish, light Ultra Leather furniture and ceramic tile floors. The dining area has a dining table that can be extended and four upholstered chairs. The kitchen has Corian countertops and a double stainless-steel sink. The stove and oven are propane gas and the overhead microwave has a convection oven feature. We use a small convection cooktop on top of the counter to give more work space by leaving the stove burners under the cover. A full-size residential refrigerator with pull out freezer drawer allows plenty of food storage for travel. A pull-out pantry is beside the refrigerator. The bedroom has a king size, memory- foam mattress. There is a closet across the back of the bedroom that has room for hanging clothes. The convenient washer/dryer unit is beside the closet and hidden from view by a sliding door. Exterior sunshades snap on front and side widows.
The bathroom has an entry from the hallway and the bedroom. It has two sinks and generous counter space and cabinet storage. A skylight in the shower allows for natural light during the daytime.
The fireplace in the living room is a feature that adds ambience and heat for cool evenings or mornings. All windows have both sun screens and privacy screens.
It is a coach that is very comfortable to travel in and live in for extended periods.
