Vtg Restoration As-Is Antique Joh Bapt. Schweitzer 1813 Violin Music Instrument
Signed inside and stamped on the back Schwitzer
Good condition with two long cracks on the front, as shown. Otherwise in good sturdy condition. The tail has a raised area of the metal inlay and the signed bow (hard to read but possible Albert Shubert Germany) is 29.25" long and straight but needs new hair and has a crack on the edge of the frog shown. Post is still upright. Sold as is and will be shipped in the hard case unstrung. The case has wear and closes with difficulty, has a good handle and does a good job of protecting the instrument.
